Job Summary

Provide and coordinate patient-centric, evidence-based nursing care in the Operation Theater, ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company. Deliver quality care with the multidisciplinary team, prevent and manage patient risks in line with clinical risk policies, and support positive patient experiences. Supervise, mentor, and coach learners and nursing employees to build competence within the learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide and coordinate patient-centric, evidence-based nursing care in line with ethical and professional standards.
•Deliver quality patient care with the multi-professional team according to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
•Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing, and managing risks in accordance with clinical risk policies and procedures.
•Create a conducive environment to support positive patient experiences as guided by nursing leadership.
•Contribute to a learning environment by supervising, mentoring, and coaching learners and nursing employees.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
•At least two years of current/recent experience in the Operation Theater.
•Experience assisting with orthopaedic surgical procedures in the current role.
•Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
•Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
