Key Responsibilities

•Develop and align GTM strategies for MX and CE to deliver a consistent Samsung story across touchpoints.
•Provide executive oversight of MX and CE channel operations, establishing shared standards and accountability.
•Design and deploy sales enablement programs (training, tools, incentives) to ensure retail readiness and effectiveness.
•Ensure end-to-end field execution accountability, optimizing store visits through improved mapping, sequencing, and reporting.
•Define and report MX/CE One Samsung commercial scorecards and KPIs, synthesize field/competitive intelligence, and manage escalations with vendor and retail partners.

•Bring 15+ years of experience in channel operations and management, with 10+ years in vendor and retail partner relationship management, including leadership in cross-functional teams.
