Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with product, revenue, and operations teams as a trusted finance partner.
  • •Support planning cycles by preparing monthly accruals, maintaining revenue files, and building/updating revenue and cost forecasts.
  • •Analyze financial trends and variances and recommend actionable interventions.
  • •Review contracts and evaluate deal structures by preparing deal-level P&L templates, running scenario analyses, and checking pricing/margin guidelines.
  • •Automate reporting and build BI dashboards using AI assistants and no-code/low-code tools; support annual planning with data packs and models.

Key Requirements

  • •CA qualified, or an MBA (Finance) from a reputed Tier 1 institute.
  • •2–3 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or commercial finance.
  • •Strong Excel and financial modelling skills with comfort working with large datasets.
  • •Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and AI assistants (ChatGPT, Copilot, Notion AI).
  • •Exposure to SAP/Oracle/Anaplan or SQL is a plus, along with sharp analytical thinking and strong communication.
