Key Responsibilities

•Formulate annual business plan by liaising with various parties (including product owner and channel) for growing investment business performance
•Handle annual budget to set target on both revenue and cost, then to track performance closely and regularly
•Conduct presentation to management with deployment of analytics to evaluate investment products performance. Study customer behavior to provide recommendation on enhancing efficiency
•Preparation of business performance dashboard to provide timely update on actual performance, provide suggestion to help improve business performance
•Prepare presentation material for business head to share business performance with senior management, Group management and external parties like the media

Key Requirements

•University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance or a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
•Minimum of 3 years' experience in banking, business planning, analytics or investment management related business
•Fulfillment of the competency requirements to carry out relevant regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance
•Strong planning, presentation and analytical skills, be sensitive to numbers
•With self-motivation and ability to work independently and under pressure
