Key Responsibilities

  • •Formulate annual business plan by liaising with various parties (including product owner and channel) for growing investment business performance
  • •Handle annual budget to set target on both revenue and cost, then to track performance closely and regularly
  • •Conduct presentation to management with deployment of analytics to evaluate investment products performance. Study customer behavior to provide recommendation on enhancing efficiency
  • •Preparation of business performance dashboard to provide timely update on actual performance, provide suggestion to help improve business performance
  • •Prepare presentation material for business head to share business performance with senior management, Group management and external parties like the media

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance or a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
  • •Minimum of 3 years' experience in banking, business planning, analytics or investment management related business
  • •Fulfillment of the competency requirements to carry out relevant regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance
  • •Strong planning, presentation and analytical skills, be sensitive to numbers
  • •With self-motivation and ability to work independently and under pressure
