Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide oversight of performance management across markets/centers and facilitate Client Lifecycle Management governance.
  • •Develop communications and engagement strategy aligned with Group strategies, including town halls and management offsite logistics.
  • •Model and produce reports using large, complex datasets; map current-state Client Lifecycle Management processes and identify improvements.
  • •Consolidate information from multiple systems, interpret data clearly, and clearly document assumptions used.
  • •Manage resources effectively (headcount tracking, organisational design, and analysis) and support programmers/projects governance.

Key Requirements

  • •10–15 years of experience with a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • •Understanding of financial reporting and knowledge of investment, banking, insurance, and credit products offered by Global Private Banking.
  • •Ability to handle operational/trading/business knowledge (beneficial).
  • •Proficiency multitasking and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Experience supporting programmers/projects and governance forums, representing your team as appropriate.
