Relationship Banker or Senior Relationship Banker - Steele Creek

Provide high-quality client service in person and by phone while building and expanding new and existing client relationships. Use consultative conversations to identify financial needs, offer deposit, credit, convenience, and retirement solutions, and refer more complex goals to internal specialists. Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed, support retail leadership routines, and help meet individual and branch sales targets through ongoing product and sales training.
