Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute end-to-end product design across Accounts & Activation, Monetization, and Permissions.
  • •Design experiences for account setup, indexing, workspace management, privacy, roles, activation, and consumption.
  • •Design complex billing and monetization workflows, including paywalls, upgrades, credit reporting, control tower, and localization.
  • •Define scalable consumption experiences, permission structures, and sharing models.
  • •Frame ambiguous problems, influence product roadmaps, manage design risks, and validate solutions using research, data, and prototyping (including AI-assisted design and coded prototypes).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional Product Design experience.
  • •Experience designing complex SaaS products or enterprise platforms with systems thinking.
  • •Experience with enterprise workflows such as account management, activation, monetization, permissions/roles, billing, or similar domains.
  • •Advanced prototyping skills and the ability to communicate complex interactions through prototypes.
  • •Advanced experience with Figma (or equivalent) and strong collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
