Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop real customer agentic solutions as part of a first-of-its-kind AI Builder cohort.
  • •Design agent intelligence including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and overall architecture using AI/LLM technologies and the Agentforce platform.
  • •Collaborate to architect, build, debug, and deploy high-quality scalable production systems.
  • •Partner with clients to convert business challenges into agentic solutions using consultative skills.
  • •Test, iterate, and ship agent solutions in an ongoing technical lifecycle.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
  • •AI-native experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
  • •Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP, and real-time infrastructure.
  • •Strong coding skills with the ability to evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor.
  • •Fluency in Polish and English, and ability to work alongside sales teams and customers.
