Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect orchestration layers for multi-agent systems that reliably collaborate, debate, and execute tasks with stateful workflows.
  • •Create automated governance guardrails and policy engines so autonomous systems can operate safely at speed.
  • •Engineer context and memory infrastructure (e.g., knowledge graphs and vector stores) to give agents deep understanding of the codebase and business intent.
  • •Build evaluation frameworks and testing harnesses that deterministically validate agentic outputs using formal specifications and automated metrics.
  • •Design self-healing loops that connect observability to agent actions to detect failures, analyze them, and remediate autonomously, then prototype and deploy to production.

Salary: USD 200,000 - 320,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong software engineering ability with a track record of shipping product, tools, and platforms.
  • •Experience building production systems with active agentic workflows (not just theory), including multi-agent coordination.
  • •Ability to design and implement complex simulations, rules, entities, and validation logic for autonomous agents (or strong alternative relevant domain experience).
  • •Understanding of AI models and emergent behavior, with strong opinions about world models and how to apply them in real systems.
  • •Proven capability collaborating intensely in a high-bandwidth, distributed environment and writing clearly to think and share decisions.
