Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of AI-powered borescope inspection analytics.
  • •Design and deploy computer vision and machine learning solutions for image and video analysis, including defect, anomaly, object recognition, segmentation, and visual search.
  • •Develop and advance algorithms for defect detection and other inspection analytics using advanced AI approaches, including vision-language and multimodal/generative AI.
  • •Drive edge AI deployment, optimization, and performance tuning on inspection devices.
  • •Establish cloud-native ML and scalable MLOps practices on AWS, and lead/mentor a high-performing team while partnering with global product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning, or a related field.
  • •10–15+ years of experience delivering computer vision, machine learning, AI, or data science solutions.
  • •Deep expertise in OpenCV, classical image processing, deep learning, and video analytics.
  • •Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, YOLO, and modern computer vision frameworks.
  • •Proven experience deploying AI models for edge scenarios, including ONNX Runtime, OpenVINO, and edge AI technologies, with AWS-based cloud-native ML/MLOps.
