Key Responsibilities

•Analyze technical drawings and HVAC system design documentation
•Supervise installation of air-conditioning systems, ventilation and exhaust in industrial buildings
•Support project team in scheduling, cost estimation and planning
•Inspect installations for water storage/distribution, fire protection, distribution of special gases, wastewater, compressed air and steam systems
•Plan and supervise testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning of HVAC systems

Key Requirements

•University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
•Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
•Proven experience supervising HVAC projects and technical building systems
•Technical expertise in central air-conditioning systems, building automation, ventilation and exhaust systems
•Knowledge of relevant technical standards and regulations
