  • •Rely on experience and independent judgment to plan and accomplish goals under minimal direction from the Construction Project Manager.
  • •Set own project deadlines and provide on-the-job training to new employees.
  • •Monitor conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and/or code requirements through inspection duties.
  • •Conduct daily field inspections, maintain inspection records, participate in punch lists/testing/commissioning, track QA progress, and support documentation for turnovers.

  • •Valid U.S. Driver’s License required to visit project sites, clients, and other AECOM offices.
  • •NICET certification Level 3 (or ability to obtain required level).
  • •Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field.
  • •Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license.
