Key Responsibilities

•Ensure all Pandora standards for product presentation, commercial objectives, and excellent customer service.
•Set individual store goals, control budgets, and organize team schedules based on productivity targets.
•Analyze store performance using KPIs to positively influence results.
•Implement commercial actions and Visual Merchandising campaigns.
•Train and develop the team, and manage/analyze stock and orders.

Key Requirements

•At least 3-5 years of retail experience, preferably in premium retail, in a similar role as Shop Manager for a Pandora-like store.
•Proven people leadership experience, creating dynamic and flexible commercial environments.
•Ability to manage commercial indicators (KPIs) and strong customer orientation.
•Inspirational, motivating, and very positive leadership style.
•Good knowledge of Office and strong command of main computer/electronic tools.
