Job Summary

Own the end-to-end delivery of high-volume, fast-turnaround content adaptation and production projects across digital, social, video, display, CRM, print, and OOH channels. Serve as the primary client contact, manage incoming briefs, timelines, deliverables, and workflows, and coordinate teams using tools like Airtable and Ziflow. Ensure approvals, quality checks, version control, and accurate final asset delivery—reporting progress and financials to studio leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end management of high-volume content adaptation and production projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
•Act as the primary day-to-day client contact—building trusted relationships, interpreting briefs, and proactively managing expectations.
•Manage project workflows and maintain accurate project information, deliverable lists, schedules, and client-facing timelines using Airtable and other platforms.
•Coordinate reviews and approvals through Ziflow, facilitate client/internal meetings, and ensure feedback is captured and communicated to relevant teams.
•Perform quality control throughout the lifecycle and oversee final asset delivery through client platforms, including version control and maintaining project financial records.
