Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end management of high-volume content adaptation and production projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
  • •Act as the primary day-to-day client contact—building trusted relationships, interpreting briefs, and proactively managing expectations.
  • •Manage project workflows and maintain accurate project information, deliverable lists, schedules, and client-facing timelines using Airtable and other platforms.
  • •Coordinate reviews and approvals through Ziflow, facilitate client/internal meetings, and ensure feedback is captured and communicated to relevant teams.
  • •Perform quality control throughout the lifecycle and oversee final asset delivery through client platforms, including version control and maintaining project financial records.
