Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, organize, and ensure the quality of demo lessons and Demo teachers’ work.
  • •Ensure clients attend demo lessons on time and that lessons run at a high standard to support early-funnel conversion.
  • •Lead Shift Leads and QA Managers and, through them, manage a team of ~170 Demo teachers.
  • •Plan capacity and scale the demo operations to support growth.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Supply/Recruiting to keep the Demo department operating steadily.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in commercial operations, operations management, or team management in B2C EdTech, marketplaces, or service environments with high-volume delivery.
  • •Experience managing team leads/supervisors and large distributed networks of service providers or teachers.
  • •Strong analytical thinking with experience building, tracking, and improving operational metrics and QA scorecards.
  • •Experience in fast-growth, high-tempo environments focused on process optimization and scaling.
  • •Advanced English (confident oral and written communication) and strong cross-functional coordination skills.
