Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the CEO and leadership on organizational design, leadership development, succession planning, and workforce strategy.
•Develop managers and leaders across the company and raise the overall quality of leadership.
•Own and develop the People function, including HR business partnership, people operations, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, compliance, and workforce planning.
•Lead the evolution of global workforce strategy, including international hiring, compensation, mobility, immigration, and distributed team support.
•Ensure strong employment, compliance, and workforce governance practices across all jurisdictions we operate in.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,000 - 290,000 annually

•Proven ability to design and implement people programs that balance growth, compliance, and execution quality in founder-led startups.
•Strong business judgment, strategic thinking, and ability to influence across executive leadership.
•Experience building systems, processes, and teams to scale HR operations, compensation, and employee relations.
•Track record of aligning talent strategy with business strategy and delivering measurable impact.
