Key Responsibilities

  • •Accurately enter sales orders, generate invoices, and process payments or credit authorizations per company policy.
  • •Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs and product availability.
  • •Evaluate and determine disposition of warranty items handled at the counter per manufacturer policy.
  • •Pull, stage, and distribute customer orders efficiently, including occasional use of an RF scanner; restock showroom and cross-train in basic warehouse duties.

Key Requirements
