Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the general contractor to build and establish the Master Project Schedule based on the Critical Path and key achievements (P6 cost/resource loaded schedule).
  • •Create and establish the Master Project Budget, including soft costs, hard costs, bonds, insurance, contingencies, and allowances.
  • •Support contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis, and recommendations; assist with contract negotiation and GC business terms.
  • •Lead cost/change control, including change order review, negotiation, recommendations, and delay analysis; manage budget tracking and schedule monitoring.
  • •Track and coordinate project documentation (submittals, RFI’s, change orders, invoices/payments, lien releases) and oversee punch list and substantial/final completion processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering.
  • •Solid understanding of MEP construction management with a solid track record of leading capital projects.
  • •5 or more years of related experience.
  • •Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Solid track record of leading vendor compliance to construction agreements.
