Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers and assist with selecting the right product, converting window shoppers into buyers.
  • •Promote the company’s Club Apparel Loyalty Program and follow the GUEST selling guideline (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
  • •Stay updated on group brands for suggestive selling and maintain grooming/presentability at all times.
  • •Ensure merchandise and stock are displayed according to visual merchandising and layout standards, including clearance stock norms.
  • •Handle POS/billing, cash till tallying, receipts/refunds, process payments, and follow SOP and loss prevention policies.
