Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deliver multiple BMS projects with the assigned project team.
  • •Review tender documents to derive scope, RFI, deliverables, and create project plans for detailed hardware and software design, QC, and FAT (if applicable).
  • •Communicate project status with stakeholders, team members, and project managers, including progress, risks, and delivery-impacting issues.
  • •Handle project-related customer communications and coordinate cooperative efforts across team members and functional peers.
  • •Impart technical trainings as needed, act as an SME/coach, analyze customer feedback, and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •Minimum 12 years of experience in BMS project engineering.
  • •Working knowledge of SAP, CORA PPM & MSP tools.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •PMP certification preferred.
