Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Head of Department in developing and implementing marketing strategies and achieving the departmental budget
  • •Secure new and renewals accounts under the broker portfolio
  • •Service brokers under portfolio and assist in claims/handling issues raised by brokers
  • •Assist in managing premium collections and monitor outstanding premium ageing to the desired level
  • •Execute all sales and marketing related activities and assist the Head of Department with daily operations

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or Equivalent and 8 or more years of sales experience in General broking segment
  • •Bachelor-level degree or equivalent experience in insurance sales
  • •Proven track record in securing new and renewals within broker portfolios
  • •Experience servicing brokers and handling brokers' claims/issues
  • •Ability to manage premium collections and monitor ageing to target levels
