Job Summary

Support plant leadership as an Operations Management Trainee by analyzing production and operational metrics, identifying trends, and driving improvements in safety, quality, yield, and efficiency. You’ll troubleshoot operational issues, partner cross-functionally with HR, Maintenance, FSQA, and Accounting, and provide leadership support through project work, line oversight, and gap coverage while learning across shifts.
