Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute switchgear modernization electrical design projects, ensuring compliance with internal processes and standards.
  • •Create and approve electrical drawings (electric schematics, wiring diagrams, three-line diagrams) for medium- and low-voltage distribution and control products.
  • •Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to resolve technical issues and support seamless product release, industrialization, and manufacturability.
  • •Lead design reviews and technical discussions; translate complex customer requirements into existing or new designs.
  • •Schedule and perform design verification/validation testing, manage product releases in PLM (documentation/configuration control), and coordinate UL design and certification testing.

Salary: USD 97,000 - 143,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or related) from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum five (5) years of electrical industry work experience.
  • •Ability to lead electrical engineering aspects of projects from inception to qualification.
  • •Ability to read schematics and interpret behavior of electronic systems, including analyzing and troubleshooting analog and digital control circuitry.
  • •Experience developing electrical systems and supporting product industrialization/release for switchgear or similar products.
