Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • •An active state teaching license in Idaho, Indiana, and/or Florida for CTE-Business & Technology grades 6–12.
  • •Experience teaching in virtual and/or in-person settings, with comfort teaching in a live online classroom.
  • •Ability to teach live on camera for five (5) or more consecutive hours per day, every instructional day, and build real connection through a screen.
  • •Hands-on experience with online learning platforms, virtual instruction tools, and standard productivity software; data-informed using student performance data to adjust instruction.
