Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the focal point for FP&A matters across Hong Kong and Macau, advising the General Manager and HK leadership team.
  • •Lead business planning, budgeting, and forecasting for revenues, client incentives, and operating expenses, coordinating cross-functional inputs.
  • •Provide financial analysis and advice for new business propositions, including client incentive deals, marketing campaigns, and product/acceptance initiatives.
  • •Maintain and lead pricing proposals by analyzing competitive pricing dynamics and positioning.
  • •Track financial performance and regularly update management on variances, business trends, risks, opportunities, and mitigating actions.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
  • •Experience in financial planning and analysis in a matrixed organization.
  • •Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
  • •Proven ability to develop and maintain financial discipline and business decision support.
  • •Experience leveraging technology to enhance financial processes (preferably with major ERP packages).
