•Develop, coordinate, implement, and oversee construction and maintenance project plans; monitor status and modify plans to ensure schedules and quality meet company standards.
•Identify and select resources including inspection, equipment, contractors, and material procurement needed to coordinate projects.
•Direct, monitor, and schedule contractors, inspectors, and employees for pipeline construction and related activities across facilities and systems.
•Direct and monitor installation and/or maintenance of plant and pipeline equipment, including meter/regulator settings, pressure control equipment, storage equipment, and pressure tests.
•Ensure contractor compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards; compile and verify operating activities, completion/accident reports, work orders, budget recommendations, and customer correspondence.

Salary: USD 85,000 - 127,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Typically 1–3 years of experience and knowledge of construction, maintenance, and operation of pipeline systems and appurtenances.
•Experience and training related to transmission/gathering pipeline operations, pipeline construction, processing plants, and storage facilities.
•Ability to apply basic math and execute work projects in their entirety to use resources effectively.
•Ability to research, compose, reconcile, and prepare reports, invoices, studies, and correspondence.
•Ability to read and interpret manuals, policies, procedures, permits, governmental regulations, engineering plans, maps, job specifications, and reports.
