Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out daily electrical maintenance and routine preventive maintenance according to schedule and ACWA NOMAC procedures.
  • •Monitor equipment condition and report non-conformances; respond to electrical failures with corrective actions to reduce downtime.
  • •Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults in circuit/wiring and locating cable faults; test and validate connection points and cables.
  • •Align, adjust, and calibrate equipment; maintain records of repairs, calibrations, and tests.
  • •Update maintenance logs and contribute to change initiatives, programs, and projects in line with organizational standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical certificate/Associate's Diploma in Electrical Maintenance.
  • •2–5 years' experience in electrical maintenance as a technician/supervisor in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and installations in a plant environment.
  • •Good spoken and written English communication skills.
  • •Knowledge of testing and commissioning of BESS, HV, and MV systems, with strong PV/BESS technology exposure (MV/HV preferred).
  • •Proficiency in maintenance management methods, predictive inspection tools, and CMMS; SAP template knowledge desirable.
