Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute façade engineering projects responsibly and independently, delivering to required quality and deadlines.
  • •Develop system drawings and specifications with supervision.
  • •Prepare RIBA stage reports and support BMU strategy development during project design.
  • •Guide junior team members within project teams and provide mentoring as needed.
  • •Assist proposals and quotations for new opportunities, and seek repeat work/extensions of scope.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree level in Architecture, Engineering or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Senior Façade Designer, with some experience leading a small team.
  • •Ability to use AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D, and Revit.
  • •Ability to use Rhino and Grasshopper (plus).
  • •Experience delivering consultancy services and executing projects responsibly and independently.
