Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and manage cost estimates, project budgets, and detailed cost plans; monitor expenditure and maintain accurate forecasts.
  • •Provide commercial and cost advice during design development and support value engineering for cost optimization.
  • •Lead tendering and procurement for CSA/MEP trade packages, including pricing schedules, evaluations, and recommendations for contractor appointments.
  • •Manage contract administration including variations, change orders, contractor claims, progress claims, and payment applications; maintain commercial records and support final account negotiations.
  • •Produce monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts, monitor variances and risks, ensure governance compliance, and deliver commercial reporting to clients and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s degree advantageous).
  • •5–10 years of experience in cost management or construction-related roles (e.g., cost manager, quantity surveyor, construction manager, procurement, project management, consultancy).
  • •Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, tools, and methodologies across both pre- and post-contract functions.
  • •Exposure to or strong interest in data centre, mission-critical, or MEP-intensive projects.
  • •Native-level and business-level proficiency in English, with proficiency in CostX or equivalent cost estimation software.
