Job Summary

Lead internal systems projects supporting technology services across MercadoLibre logistics centers. You’ll manage and develop local and regional analysts, drive process improvements using AI and/or automation, and ensure operational efficiency and cost control, including oversight of vendor services. Partner with the business to support regional LatAm initiatives such as startups, expansions, and moving projects, working with agile methodologies and leading multidisciplinary support teams with hybrid onsite presence in Ribeirão Preto.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead support teams for logistics centers and ensure availability of technology services.
•Improve processes and tasks through AI and/or automation.
•Develop and manage local and regional analysts supporting operations.
•Ensure operational efficiency and costs, including control and delivery of services from suppliers/vendors.
•Manage and support business projects (startup, expansions, movings) with regional LatAm scope.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering IT services in an operations environment.
•Knowledge of AI applications and automation to improve IT/process workflows.
•Experience with agile methodologies and applying them to IT service delivery/projects.
•Experience with stakeholder management, engagement, and team-building approaches.
•Availability to work onsite at least 3 days at Meli logistics sites in Ribeirão Preto/SP and to travel across the region.
