Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and maintain the AI risk management framework, AI risk management policy, and AI risk capabilities for identifying, measuring, managing, monitoring, and reporting AI risks.
  • •Identify heightened and novel risks for non-traditional AI adoption and oversee controls aligned to the risk and control framework.
  • •Execute monitoring and testing processes to continuously evaluate AI risks.
  • •Collaborate across Technology, Innovation, Risk, Legal, Data, and other organizations to report the organization’s AI risk profile.
  • •Develop board and management reporting on key AI risk metrics and design AI risk training resources.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of five years’ experience in AI Risk Management and/or designing and implementing AI guardrails.
  • •Strong background in risk management, compliance, and governance.
  • •Deep technical expertise in AI technologies and their potential risks.
  • •Knowledge of relevant Financial Services industry regulations globally, AI standards, and AI ethical principles.
  • •Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Risk Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline is preferred.
