Key Responsibilities

  • •Constitute and maintain production industrial dossiers during serial production (instruction sheets, routings, SAP parameterization, test and control procedures, digitization).
  • •Contribute to the definition, implementation, and optimization of industrial processes and production tooling.
  • •Support performance capitalization and feedback from production lines to improve productivity (lead time reduction, fewer reworks, shorter cycle times, waste reduction).
  • •Update workshop layout plans and define workstation positions with strong focus on ergonomics and 5S.
  • •Improve production standards by capturing and applying best practices and providing real-time industrial technical support to production and external suppliers when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Diplôme Bac+2/3 with experience in drafting technical documents and managing production dossiers
  • •Experience using ERP (SAP), PLM (BDDP) and MES (APRISO or equivalent)
  • •Ability to analyze field needs and draft specifications (cahiers des charges)
  • •Experience in value-added analysis and reducing non-value-added activities
  • •Strong observation, active listening, pedagogy, rigor and interpersonal skills
