Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a critical business partner to drive a consistent EHS strategic vision across the organization.
  • •Develop, implement, and ensure the effectiveness of local EHS policies, procedures, and standards aligned with Emerson, local regulations, and customer expectations.
  • •Maintain EHS training programs, measure performance and compliance, and ensure readiness through audits and corrective action follow-up.
  • •Lead incident investigations using root-cause analysis tools (e.g., Fault Tree Analysis, FMEA) and drive countermeasures to closure.
  • •Oversee EHS deployment across Emerson and customer/vendor sites, including emergency response planning and coordination with cross-functional stakeholders and external parties.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Science, or Engineering.
  • •Certified Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) or equivalent (preferred).
  • •Expertise in Environmental, Health, Safety laws and regulations.
  • •Ability to travel and work in outdoor environments as needed.
  • •5+ years developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS programs in manufacturing or heavy industry settings.
