Job Summary

Drive organizational change adoption to ensure initiatives deliver intended business outcomes. Develop tailored change management strategies, lead stakeholder engagement, and coach sponsors to build buy-in and commitment. Create communication and training plans, assess and measure adoption and impact, and address resistance to reduce implementation risk. Lead change for the Customer Service Enablement Programme and support adoption of a target operating model across EU functions, markets, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop tailored change management strategies and approaches to ensure effective implementation based on initiative scope and complexity.
•Lead stakeholder engagement, including mapping, prioritization, and plans to secure buy-in and commitment at all levels.
•Coach and support sponsors and stakeholders to deliver and adapt to change, navigating challenges and driving alignment.
•Develop and implement communication and training plans to equip stakeholders for successful change adoption.
•Monitor, measure, and maximize adoption of change, assess impact, and proactively address challenges to maximize value and reduce implementation risk.

Key Requirements

•Proven change management expertise delivering organizational change or complex business transformation, embedding sustainable behavioural change.
•Operating model experience including role assessment, capability mapping, workforce planning, agency management, and ways of working redesign.
•Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to build credibility and drive alignment across senior leaders, functional/country teams, and external partners.
•Experience designing and executing change and engagement strategies including communications, training, adoption planning, impact assessment, and resistance management.
•Analytical, delivery-focused mindset translating business objectives into improvement initiatives while tracking outcomes and managing multiple priorities in a matrix environment.
