Senior Quality Engineer, Rocket Motor Systems

Own and advance quality processes for next-generation solid rocket motor programs, embedding quality requirements from design through qualification and acceptance testing. Define test-operations quality frameworks, validate instrumentation and measurement uncertainty, and lead RCCA investigations to prevent recurrence. Build quality infrastructure for new test facilities and manufacturing cells, manage quality data architecture for test campaigns, and serve as the independent quality voice in design reviews and gate reviews with authority to hold hardware when criteria aren’t met.
