Job Summary

Repair and maintain high-speed manufacturing production equipment to ensure safe, high-quality, productive operations. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, adjustments, installations, and installation support under plant leadership. Calibrate equipment, assist machine operators during startup, operate hand tools and welding/grinding equipment, and diagnose electric, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical system issues while collaborating with management to improve processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventative and predictive maintenance, repairs, installation, troubleshooting, and adjustments to machinery and equipment.
•Assist manufacturing machine operators as needed to start up the plant.
•Investigate and troubleshoot problems with manufacturing production equipment.
•Perform and assist routine maintenance and repair activities, including instructing employees involved in maintenance.
•Maintain scheduled calibration of production equipment and troubleshoot electric, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems as necessary for repairs.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Excellent communication skills and ability to follow directions in English as required by safety and job performance standards.
•Strong troubleshooting skills.
•Experience in mechanical repair and experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electricity.
•Welding experience (stick required); knowledge of MIG and TIG is a plus.
