Job Summary

Build and scale high-volume lodging and cars booking services within a complex microservices environment. You’ll integrate external lodgings, cars, and GDS partners, write performant Scala/JVM services, and troubleshoot distributed systems to resolve production issues. Partner with Product and Operations to translate requirements into delivery plans, own features end-to-end from implementation to deployment, and improve resiliency and low-latency performance through code reviews and continuous optimization.

•Execute end-to-end integrations with external lodging, cars, and GDS partners while handling complex protocols and distributed data schemas.
•Write and maintain clean, performant services in Scala/JVM languages for mission-critical lodging systems.
•Explore and troubleshoot complex codebases, deep-diving into infrastructure to resolve production issues in a distributed system.
•Collaborate with Product Managers and Operations to break down business requirements into technical tasks and estimate delivery timelines.
•Own the full development lifecycle for new features, from implementation and testing to production deployment, improving resiliency and low-latency performance through code reviews.
