Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes, actively engaging children through play to meet goals.

  • •Collect progress data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs to support each child’s progress.
  • •Support families with consistent, upbeat communication and in-home support.
  • •Work Monday–Friday 9:00am–1:00pm for 20 hours per week.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of experience working with children (daycare, camp counselor, teaching, coaching, or similar).
  • •Pass RBT Certification within 90 days of hire (training and support provided, including covering cost).
  • •Comfort and willingness to work inside client homes and visit assigned neighborhoods.
  • •Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in the assigned area.
  • •Completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course is preferred.
