Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead quality improvement initiatives by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions using structured methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Why, PDCA, Shainin/Red X).
  • •Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements aligned to customer and business expectations.
  • •Perform internal and layered audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems and standards.
  • •Engage with suppliers and customers to resolve product and process quality concerns in a timely manner.
  • •Provide statistical analysis of production and quality data to support scrap reduction and first-time-through improvement; improve QMS/IMS, including document control, reverse FMEAs, and warranty resolution processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Internal/Lead Auditor qualification required.
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • •Strong understanding of QA/QC methodologies and continuous improvement principles.
  • •Auditing experience and comfort analyzing complex production and quality data.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
