Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) programs, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and quality targets. Lead business and technology change initiatives, translate requirements into functional solutions, and manage agile execution through user stories and backlogs. Coordinate cross-functional teams across risk, compliance, vendor, and technical partners, providing stakeholder updates and supporting payments transformation efforts for domestic and international payments.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end delivery of TPRM projects, ensuring timely execution within scope, budget, and quality standards.
•Manage business and technology change initiatives and support seamless transition to BAU.
•Collaborate with business, technology, risk, compliance, and vendor teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
•Create and manage user stories and maintain product backlogs for Agile sprint planning and execution.
•Coordinate dependencies, risks, issues, and governance activities; drive stakeholder communication and executive-level updates.

Key Requirements

•Strong end-to-end Project Management experience, delivering projects across scope, budget, and quality.
•Hands-on experience with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM).
•Experience in Banking and Financial Services, preferably Retail and/or Corporate Banking.
•Experience managing business and technology change with successful BAU transition.
•Hands-on requirements gathering/analysis and writing user stories within an Agile/Scrum environment.
