Salesforce Production Operations Manager

Manage multiple development projects, application support functions, and delivery teams to ensure organization-wide systems meet service level commitments. Partner with client departments on technology strategies and application systems, advise application owners on capabilities and requirements, and oversee resolution of application issues. Define and manage resource allocations and budgets, set performance standards, and apply best-practice development and operational techniques to improve quality and stakeholder outcomes.
