Join a global team of Application and Infrastructure engineers to support client issues and enhancements on a per-ticket basis. You’ll analyze error logs and inherited code to identify root causes, communicate findings via Jira Service Desk and Microsoft Teams, and work on bug fixes and system improvements. You’ll learn and apply tools across Sitecore/CMS and platforms such as Azure Cloud and AWS, while rotating on weekly on-call.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze error logs and review inherited code to determine root causes of client-reported issues.
•Communicate findings and recommendations with clients and team members using Jira Service Desk and Microsoft Teams.
•Work directly with clients on system enhancements and bug fixes per ticket.
•Educate yourself on client industries, codebases, and offer solutions and forward-thinking recommendations.
•Participate in a weekly on-call rotation with other team members.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of experience with .NET and C#.
•Minimum 1 year of experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or other code repository tools.
•Minimum 1 year of experience with MVC development patterns.
•Experience with Sitecore or CMS is a plus.
•Familiarity with Azure Cloud and/or AWS is a plus.
