Shift Supervisor

Lead and supervise store operations during your shift, ensuring accurate picking, high quality standards, and adherence to company policies. Coordinate team tasks, optimize staffing and resources, resolve conflicts, and support the Store Manager with administrative processes (inventory, shrink, invoicing, people, maintenance). Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and environmental policies, and drive productivity and continuous improvement in the San Justo store.
