Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain a high-quality careers and employability service for students and relevant stakeholders in partnership with the Employer Relations Manager and the Head of Student Experience and Wellbeing.
  • •Provide careers advice and guidance, and develop and deliver employability seminars, workshops, and programmes.
  • •Build data-driven service development using relevant KPIs and lead collection and analysis of Graduate Destination Survey data.
  • •Work with academic and professional services colleagues to deliver employability services in line with professional standards and compliance requirements.
  • •Lead development and delivery of employability-related training for colleagues on the Dubai campus, and manage budget and student casual working processes including line management and assessment centres.

Key Requirements

  • •Educated to degree level and hold a recognised careers guidance qualification (e.g., PG Dip or QCG) or equivalent.
  • •Experience delivering careers advice and guidance to students or graduates, providing excellent customer experience.
  • •Proven ability to work with students or graduates and manage conflicting demands to meet challenging targets.
  • •Strong project management skills.
  • •Proficient IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft applications and working with data.
