Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day administration and strategic development of People systems, acting as system owner for Oracle Fusion, Talentera, and BlueSky.
  • •Design, configure, and continuously improve workflows across the employee lifecycle, embedding automation to reduce manual processes.
  • •Maintain data governance and system integrity by improving data quality, implementing validation rules and controls, and supporting audit readiness.
  • •Manage system integrations between People platforms and other business systems, supporting testing (including UAT) and implementation of changes.
  • •Develop People reporting and analytics (dashboards, automated reports) and drive user adoption by providing guidance, training, and escalation support for complex issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, Computer Science or related discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience administering and developing enterprise HR systems, with Oracle Fusion HR essential.
  • •Experience with Talentera, BlueSky or learning management systems (highly desirable).
  • •Experience designing workflows, automation and system integrations, plus leading HRIS implementation or optimisation projects.
  • •Experience working with external technology vendors and with multi-site/complex organisations.
