Job Summary

Lead and mentor PMs to elevate product craft within Ad Tech and SaaS, owning the Advanced Ads strategy and vision. Drive an outcome-driven Product Operating Model, oversee Continuous Discovery, and partner with Engineering, Design, and Growth to deliver revenue growth, improve LTV and MRR, while enabling a truly global, flexible remote team.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a player-coach to other Product Managers, guiding them to elevate product craft, execution, and strategic thinking; implement a modern product operating model.
•Define and execute the long-term product vision for Advanced Ads, integrating its ad injection, targeting, and Google Ad Manager capabilities.
•Lead continuous product discovery to validate ideas for usability, feasibility, viability, and value before coding.
•Own end-to-end monetization strategy for Advanced Ads, prioritizing the roadmap based on ROI and focusing on LTV and MRR.
•Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Growth to ensure features are shipped, adopted, and commercialized; plan resource needs and organizational design for the product line.
