Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction (Heavy Civil)

Support disciplined, value-driven cost management for large-scale data center construction projects with a focus on heavy civil and site development. Partner with the client on procurement strategy, bid evaluation, cost estimates, cost plans, and commercial evaluations. Assist with value engineering, risk assessments, budget and forecast tracking, change-order analysis, and dispute avoidance. Prepare monthly cost reports, support meetings and close-out activities, and maintain cost data and benchmarking.
