Key Responsibilities

  • •Use Java, JavaScript, databases, Web APIs, and UI skills to resolve critical customer escalations by identifying root causes and proposing fixes and test cases.
  • •Provide timely, clear technical updates to customer-facing teams and mentor internal support teams on issues and best practices.
  • •Champion supportability and debuggability by building new debugging tools and partnering on infrastructure improvements like logging, monitoring, and alerting.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of proven, related technical experience, including at least 2 years of professional Java development experience.
  • •Developer-level skills with a strong desire to interact with customers and support teams on high-profile issues.
  • •Must have background in Java and JavaScript and strong debugging/troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
  • •In-depth, hands-on experience with Linux, networking, server, and cloud architectures, plus knowledge of DNS, load balancing, SSL, TCP/IP, SQL, and HTTP.
