Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in configuring and hardening operating systems, applications, and network devices.
  • •Support administration and monitoring of security tool stack policies and effectiveness.
  • •Contribute to zero trust architecture design and implementation projects and help document security best practices.
  • •Participate in security automation by learning to write simple scripts and playbooks and developing security assessment automation tools.
  • •Support threat modeling, security risk assessments, and secure cloud infrastructure efforts including identity management and data protection.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.
  • •Coursework or project experience with cybersecurity fundamentals, network security, or information systems.
  • •Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking concepts.
  • •Exposure to programming or scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Java) and basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
