Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive sales and profitability by executing short- and long-term plans, managing expenses, and achieving or exceeding KPI and revenue targets for the store.
  • •Maintain high customer experience standards by adhering to Puma brand values and service standards across all customer interactions.
  • •Oversee floor management including selling, customer service, visual merchandising, and coaching staff to ensure store readiness and performance.
  • •Recruit, train, and develop talented staff; support Store Manager with succession planning and capability development.
  • •Manage labor costs and schedule creation with a focus on profitability and service excellence; monitor loss prevention programs.

Key Requirements

  • •High school or above
  • •1-2 years of store management experience in retail (apparel or footwear preferred) with experience in numeric management

  • •Able to meet sales targets and manage expenses to achieve or exceed store KPIs and profitability
  • •Experience in selling, customer service, and floor management including VM and inventory control
